Dr. Lili Zheng
Founder & Doctor of Acupuncture
Dr Lili Zheng has been practicing Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine for over 35 years. Dr. Zheng graduated from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1982, where she trained in both Chinese medicine and conventional western medicine. Dr. Zheng earned her Doctorates both in China and the U.S.
Dr. Zheng’s history with acupuncture began at 17. Her first patient was a stroke victim who had one-half of his body paralyzed with a severe weakness of the limbs. After a few months of acupuncture treatment, the patient was able to speak and walk again. The success of her first patient caused Dr. Zheng to dedicate herself to Chinese medicine for the rest of her life. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Zheng worked at Shandong Hospital of Chinese Medicine as a physician for 15 years. In 1992, she moved to North America and continued to practice acupuncture & herbal medicine. She has taught acupuncture and herbal medicine for fifteen years at acupuncture schools in British Columbia and Portland, Oregon. In her 30 years of practice she has helped many people recover from a wide variety of illness, specializing in pain relief. Dr. Zheng's technique have proven to be very successful with sports & auto injuries, headaches, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, arthritis, gastrointestinal disorders, immune & autoimmune disorders, and women’s health conditions.
Dr. Zheng is one the authors of the book, Focus on Fibromyalgia Research and has published more than 20 articles in the U.S. and China on treating difficult pain conditions. Dr. Zheng is also a researcher on the Endometriosis Research Project sponsored by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative medicine.
Dr. Whitney J. Burton
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Burton has 27 years of clinical experience treating a wide range of health conditions. “The purpose of my office is to help people improve the quality of their life by relieving suffering, promoting wellness, and presenting healthier lifestyle choices without the use of drugs and surgery to change lives and see people become more of what they hope to be.”
Dr. Burton's post-graduate education has focused on the diagnosis and treatment of whiplash injuries, chiropractic adjusting, natural hormones balancing, blood testing interpretation, saliva testing interpretation, and the use of low level laser therapy to decrease pain and promote healing. He is advanced proficiency rated Activator Doctor. Dr. Burton has partnered with Dr. Michael Johnson, author of the book, What Do You Do When the Medications Don’t Work? www.askdrjohnson.com. Dr Maya Martinez
Doctor of Acupuncture
Maya has a Certification in Exercise Physiology and a License in Acupuncture. She has practiced in various clinical settings treating athletes, motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation clients, chronic and acute pain, arthritis and musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Tina Zhu
Master of Acupuncture
Tina Zhu (Jianxia Zhu) was trained in China for traditional Chinese medicine and Acupuncture for bachelor degree and came to U.S. in 2013 to purse her master. She joined the clinic since 2016. Her training included the theory and practical application of acupuncture, herbs, massage, cupping, diet and lifestyle, and all other modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She uses these tools to help balance and improve the lives of her patients.
Licensed Massage Therapist
Shanshan has been practicing for many years and specialized in pain relief by using variety of technics. She was initially trained in China at Tuina/Massage school, and she went to western massage school for more training after she moved to the states. Her patients are very satisfied with her service.
