While I was healing, I discovered acupuncture, and it completely transformed my lifelong struggles with migraines and painful periods — it gave me a pain-free life, and I knew I wanted to help others in the same way. Before becoming an acupuncturist, I spent years working in fields focused on healing, advocacy, and customer service, including social work. Supporting people through trauma taught me how deeply connected emotional and physical well-being truly are. Today, I bring all of those experiences into my practice. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and focused on treating the whole person.
